This is a backport of the amazing Staff Enchanting Plus to work on 1.6.640. The author allowed me to do this.

Changing for 1.6.640 involves a recompilation - if so, make sure to post source code! As long as it is for (exclusively) 640, it should be fine. I will ask about DP later."
This is just a .DLL file, you still need the original mod Staff Enchanting Plus.
