Replaces the vanilla racial loading screen's woodelf with a new 3D model.

New high poly head and hair that somewhat resembles the original. New archery drawing pose based on real archery. Added a quiver and full leather armour with shoulder pads. Replaced the ebony bow and arrow with a hunters bow and iron arrow. Made arrow and quiver longer so the bow can be fully drawn. Body shape is smaller and based on my personal bodyslide using CBBE base. Hands are using female hand redone with long fingers and nails. Ear is from Goam's Elf ears, it is required and accomplied with matching skin textures.
