Adds an Electronics Store cell to the Fort Knox modern city mod.

Adds an electronics store to Ripcat's Fort Knox city mod.
Rather than wait until I've made 10 stores and release them all at once, I'm
going to release one at a time before updating and merging.
Features:
Several interactive objects (Fridge, Computer, Lamp, TV, Radio)
New dialogue added to store clerk.
Yes, I know you can't actually buy anything yet, it's just a decorative cell to play around in. More functional utility will come later.
For now - you can make the computer make a noise. You can store items in the fridge (or help yourself to a soda). You can switch the lamp on and off. You can listen to the radio. You can play a full motion video when you activate the TV. Or you can lock-pick the Cash Register.
Really enjoyed making the commercial that plays for the TV. Not often I get to utilize the Full Motion Video capabilities when modding.
I'll one day update to allow for traditional means to access (as opposed to just warping through console commands). It will be apart of
a shopping mall with different floors you can access. At that point you'll
be able to buy objects for your house, and they'll add different functions to it.
But next up is simply coming up with some other store ideas. Different
stores maybe could allow you to train different skills that could help
in a possible, eventual main quest. But I like working piece-meal.
Code to warp there (no traditional means yet):
coc 00FortKnoxDepartmentStore (to get there)
coc 00FortKnoxDownTown (to warp back)
To enable the new dialogue to appear you'll need to quick save and reload before it enables.

1. Install Fort Knox (latest version)
