Compatibility Patch for Immersive Needs and SR Exterior Cities, so you can use each city well to fill your Waterskin.

If you are thirsty, pick your waterkin, go to the well, fill it with water and drink.
Now we refilled it so you can quenched your thirst.
(seriously not much science, just ported scripts and activators into Tamriel to be compatible with SR Exterior cities)
One thing still to be tested.... I couldn't now, for the life of me, find the Well in Windhelm, I suppose there is none but there should be a water source according to the data and I am pretty sure it should work. Good luck finding it, take it as an easter egg hunt!

Installation Info
(Ony if you use JK Skyrim Windhelm)
Turns out Edmond placed the activator in Windhelm for JK Windhelm, so in vanilla -> no Well, with JK -> Well.(Ony if you use JK Skyrim Windhelm)
In case you have JK Windhelm follow these instructions:
- Install Edmond's Immersive Needs + SR Exterior Cities
- in SR Exterior Cities Fomod pick the JK Windhelm patch (obviously)
- Install this patch (wether v1 or v2 what you prefer)
- Make sure this patch loads last.
It should work out of the box, if not let me know I will fix it.
