Move slower when wearing all heavy armor. (Tapered based on heavy armor skill)
"Wearing all heavy armor" means wearing heavy armor on all 4 slots (head, body, hands, feet), simultaneously.
Should pair especially well with mods that make heavy armor much more protective than light armor, to present extra facets to the pros and cons.
Here are the tiers, based on your heavy armor (HA) skill level...
Under 25 HA skill = 17% slower.
25-39 HA skill = 13% slower.
40-59 HA skill = 10% slower.
60-79 HA skill = 8% slower.
80-89 HA skill = 6% slower.
90+ HA skill = 3% slower.
There are two versions in the main files. One that will show these active effects in your effects menu, and the other version will hide the effects if you don't care about seeing them, or just want less clutter in your UI.
The effect applies only to your player character, unless/until someone wants to make a spid patch or something, which is welcome, as long as my file is required.
