Changes the Choking Grasp, Strangulation, Hangman's Noose, and Touch of Death spells from the Arcane Accessories Creation Club mod from blue to red.

Like many others I caved into purchasing the Anniversary Edition for Skyrim and have been messing with the creation club content. I actually really like the Arcane Accessories add on and use it all the time. It did always bother me that the absorb health spells: Choking Grasp, Strangulation, Hangman's Noose, and Touch of Death were this blue color. I think the blue looks nice, but really clashes with the vampire aesthetic, especially since the normal Vampiric Drain spell is red. This is my attempt to make the other absorb health spells closer to Vampiric Drain. This is my first mod I've made and I don't plan on making any others, but I would enjoy feedback and suggestions. I can't seem to figure out how to change the blue orbs that radiate of the enemy into you change to red. If anybody knows how to change it feel free to let me know and I'll try to implement it, or ask for permission to reupload this with the fix and I'll take mine down.
