About this mod

A no- load-door home right under BYOH Lakeview Manor.

Permissions and credits
Sunny Cottage is a no load-door home situated near Lake Ilinalta, right under the BYOH home Lakeview Manor.

Sunny Cottage comes with outdoor smithing, woodchopping and an apiary and indoors cooking, an oven, and stations for enchanting and alchemy. Upstairs you'll find one bedroom with a poster bed marked for you and another bedroom for one or two friends. I cannot guarantee that your friends will follow you upstairs but if they do, a bedroom exists for them.

You also have a bathroom and a larder/pantry in the house. Outside you'll find a small vegetable patch right behind a stable that can house one horse.

The files:
Sunny Cottage: Textures only the windows with clear(ish) glass.
Sunny Cottage Yellow: The Sunshine version. Yellow painted walls and a window with a yellow, round orb.
Sunny Cottage Red: The Sunset version. Walls are painted red and and the crafting area has two, new red-themed windows.
Sunny Cottage Blue: The Moonlight version. Walls are painted blue with two blue themed windows.
Relocated Necromancer: If for some reason that is all you want from this mod.
Huoletonmieli Sunny Cottage Textures: ONLY TEXTURES. This is a small "goodybag" that contains all of the textures (plus some unused ideas) if you want to place the textures yourself. To do this, you must know how to create and place texture sets in CK

Issues and explanantions:

NO ROYAL THRONE??? D:
No. This is Skyrim, where everything has magical properties, even you. Have you noticed how slim everyone is? How every body seems to look the same? Well, this is because all the excess stuff that you eat immediately evaporates from within you, returning to the magic of Nirn. Hence no toilets. 3-)

Rain?
No rain indoors. This is my first ever no load-door home and I had to try three times before I managed to get a structure that looked like a house with a roof on. I even tried to create a separate weather-zone for my cell but that failed. Then I decided to stick only to pieces that were meant for outdoor use and what do you know? They worked. They obviously cut the weather overlay from the screen, leaving it visible only on windows and doors or other such portals/openings. This means that I could only use pieces from the "shack" and "stockade" models but I don't mind. Maybe I could have slapped a roof piece on top of the stockade for cosmetics but I already have a gazillion pieces there anyway, so I left the house as is and called it rustique.

Navmesh?
No. I tried but I could not add navmesh on top of existing vanilla navmesh. Followers may follow, using the information on the existing navmesh, at least downstairs.

Grass is poking through!
I couldn't erase the originally painted landscape, so the grass stayed.
