Initial Release
A power attack has a 15% chance to apply an extra effect, based on location hit.
Head: Weapon damage is dealt as both health and magicka damage. Neck: Spell damage reduced by 30% for 1 game hour. Torso: Weapon damage is dealt as both health and stamina damage. Arms: Melee damage is reduced by 30% for 1 game hour. Waist: Stamina regeneration is reduced by 10% for 1 game hour. Legs: Movement speed is reduced by 10% for 1 game hour.
This mod utilizes Core Impact Framework, and therefore requires it, to distribute spell effects on a per location basis.
What's next? This was a proof of concept, I wanted to make sure I could do it before expanding on the idea. Potentially, I'd like to add animations to a few of these, and/or screen VFX to like the head being hit. Blurred screen few a few seconds maybe.
