About this mod

Adds 11 custom 3-Piece enchanted Requiem armour sets and 1 additional bonus item using the awesome "Armory of the Dragon Cult" mod by ElectricSparx - Xavbio - Dareni. Once "Awakened" each piece of gear can be converted from Cloth to Light or Heavy for a total of 33 unique sets, massively expanding build diversity.

Requirements
Permissions and credits
Awaken the Lost Power of the Dragon Priests and claim it as your own.
BETA(ISH)*.

What this mod DOES:

  • Adds 11 custom enchanted armour sets for Requiem modlists (1 set per named Dragon Priest. Vanilla+Solstheim)
  • Adds 1 bonus item
  • Sets must be "Awakened" somehow from the original Cloth versions
  • Once "Awakened" each set can be converted from Cloth to Light or Heavy
  • Adds a text Clue for you to discover how to gain these sets
  • Overwrites a single vanilla book entry
  • Made on Requiem 5.4.5

What this mod DOESN'T DO:
  • "Reqtificate" the Original Mod
  • Add a set for Konahrik (I thought about it, but decided against)
  • Change any of the Masks
  • Change Miraak
  • Contain any of the textures or meshes from the original mod
  • Has NOT been tested on Requiem 6.0+

Each set consists of Head, Gloves and Boots and is roughly themed around the Dragon Priest mask and lore. The pieces can be worn individually, with the Chest pieces containing the most unique bonuses, but they all gain extra bonuses when worn as a complete 3-piece set. I've tried to keep the stats balanced roughly the way other gear sets/items do, with the Chest pieces being the primary bonuses, gloves having damage focus, and boots with regens/muffle etc.

I've balanced these to be quite powerful, as you would expect from mid to end game gear, but I've tried to stay away from generic "flat power" bonuses like "Dwarven Cuirass of Mzulft" unless it makes sense for the set.

This mod doesn't affect the original sets, it simply uses them as "materials/ingredients" meaning players have the option to keep the originals "as is" (self enchanting or modlist authors can create their own bonuses etc).

*I am actively looking for BALANCING FEEDBACK.

This video contains spoilers for the armour bonuses. Don't watch if you prefer to discover things in-game.
