Notes and Clarifications
- Shadow Stone: The Health drain will not kill you, but will instead halt when Health reaches 1. The invisibility effect will also stop when Health isn’t being drained, until Health regens once again.
- Shadow Stone: Like regular invisibility, the effect will be halted when you perform an action that typically breaks invisibility. Re-enter sneak mode to re-apply the effect.
- Shadow Stone: With high enough Health regen, you can negate the Health drain component.
- Tower Stone: You may attack enemies while ethereal but the effect will fall off when doing so.
- Apprentice Stone: As described, the spell effectiveness bonus scales off current Magicka, not max Magicka and so will gradually decrease as you cast spells.
- Apprentice Stone: There is a floor of 10% bonus spell effectiveness even if you fall below 100 Magicka, so you will always have some bonus.
- Atronach Stone: The attunement selection is made upon activating the Atronach Stone.
- Atronach Stone: With the Aetherial Crown, it is possible to have two different elemental attunements at the same time by first storing one attunement in the Crown and then activating the Atronach Stone again while the Crown is unequipped.
- Lord Stone: As described, this effect gives constant Health restoration rather than regeneration, and as such you should always be gaining Health even if Health regen is disabled, such as with Survival Mode.
- General: This mod edits two vanilla scripts in order for the Atronach attunement system to work the way I desired. They are DLC1LD_AetherialCrownScript and powerShrineScript. Only one custom script is added for the purpose of making sure the ethereal effect from the Tower Stone properly dispels itself.
Compatibility
- Not compatible with other Standing Stone overhauls. Just choose whichever one you prefer.
- In order for the Lady Stone to detect when the player has The Gift of Charity buff, this mod edits The Gift of Charity and its effect. To ensure this mod works properly when using other mods that edit the same effect, let this mod load after it. If a consistency patch is absolutely needed, I can probably make one rather quickly.
Feel free to give suggestions on balance if you feel some effects are too strong, weak, or simply lackluster. I can’t guarantee I will agree but will take feedback into account regardless. Also, please place incompatibility reports and balance suggestions in the posts section and not as bug reports.
