Uses Spell Perk Item Distributor (SPID) to give Stormcloak soldiers/scouts and Windhelm guards a 50% chance to wear the Nordic Brute Armor by ChakraSSE.
Change the 50 at the end of these distribution lines in the .ini file of this mod to set the chance of seeing npc's wearing this outfit between 1 and 100 percent.
