This mod allows a fully charged Unrelenting Force shout to dismember and tear apart enemies. This can be a lore-friendly, gameplay-wise balanced addition, - or a full blown gore party, and anything in between.

The mod comes with a short (and optional) quest where you first need to learn this power from Ulfric in order to be able to use it. If you want the power instantly and you don't want to play the quest, you can disable it in the mod menu.
The mod is fully configurable in the mod menu. The conditions for dismemberment can depend on the enemy NPC health, level compared to the player, distance from the player, random chance, and more (such as requiring a sneak attack, allowing the NPC to block the attack, etc.). You can also specify which limbs you want to allow to be dismembered, the min and max number of them to be torn off in one shout, etc.
The out-of-the-box default settings are tuned for a moderately balanced mechanic.
The demo video shows the mod with all settings unlocked:
The plugin is ESP-FE, meaning it won't count towards the regular esp plugin limit.
