This is a small overhaul that tries to make the underpowered standing stones on par with the actually good ones. While leaving the already viable ones untouched.

The Apprentice Stone: Increases your magicka regeneration by 100% but decreases you magic resistance by 10%.
The Shadow Stone: You are 25% harder to detect while sneaking. And while cloaked in shadows you do double sneak attack damage.
The Serpent stone: Poisons you mix are 30% more powerful and poisons applied to your blades last an additional two blows.
The Tower Stone: Once per day you can bypass any lock. Picking locks you don't bypass is 25% easier. The Steed Stone: Carry capacity increased by 100 points, armor weighs nothing and doesn't slow you down when worn. Your Stamina regnerates 40% faster.
The Lord Stone: Increases Armor Rating by 50 points and increases Magic Resistance by 25%. You're 10% better at blocking.
The Lady Stone: Your health and Stamina is increased by 20 and regenerates 25% faster.
The rest of the Standing Stones are left untouched because they were already viable options.
