When using Ryn's Karthspire alongside Skyrim Unique Treasures, the unique treasure chest that contains the Odahviing statue gets stuck inside a structure, making it impossible to get without the use of console commands. With this patch, the location of the chest is moved so that the player can access it and get the statue.
I tested this on an existing save while standing in the Karthspire Camp cell, so it should be safe to use. If anything comes up, please let me know, I am new to patching so I am open to comments and feedback.
