A stay-true to character approach of Balgruuf's Shadow Irileth, Whiterun won't fall under any attacks under her watch.
Has custom Skin and 3BA Preset to make true justice to the Ash Warden.

if any other mod changed that you probably have a save game with the incorrect weight, there are ways to solve this by opening the console and changing their weight just select the NPC, input setnpcweight ## after changing the weight, input disable and then input enable and fixed.

⚠️ • Known issue - Someone reported that if you remove Rayya's Scimitars from her inventory, and then you give them back to her, she won't equip them again, i personally don't know what is causing that issue, i would recommend to not remove the scimitars anyway since they are very iconic ❤️(If anyone finds out how to fix this please send me a DM to upload the patch here)
