Are you the only wizard in Whiterun?"
I believe I am, yes. Technically speaking, of course. The city is also home to a priest, priestess, an alchemist, and I'm sure others who practice [...]"
Features
The Soultrapped Horker has been edited to resemble the simple home of an aspiring wizard. To add to the immersion, there are a few letters from Farengar and Arcadia that can be found around his home. The place is navmesh fixed (packages work correctly).
Mithllon, the aspiring wizard
Farengar is the only wizard in Whiterun who will sell you a wide variety of spellbooks and magic items, and Mithllon may have some odd interesting items, sometimes, when you visit him. He will no longer sell you all the spells and scrolls in the game.
Mithllon's routine
On weekdays Mithllon will visits Farengar. On weekends he'll be visiting Arcadia and taking walks around the Gildergreen. He won't be stuck in the Bannered Mare all day anymore, and will return home when it's time to sleep.
New packages can be distributed via SPID, for full compatibility with replacers --> use compatibility ver.
Mithllon meets Farengar
Mithllon and Farengar know each other and they have things to say about each other. Mithllon may have things to say about the College and more. Witness the friendship between the lazy prick and the grumpy bastard. All voiced, yay!

It is ESL flagged.
I tend to spend a lot of time in Whiterun and Mithllon's existence always bothered me because it wasn't very consistent with Farengar's dialogue, and because he was always bugged in the Bannered Mare doing nothing in my saves.
I also didn't want to just delete him, so I decided to spend some time in the Creation kit to restructure its entire existence.
