Rework of the Dragonborn DLC quest "A new debt". Provides you 5 more ways to deal with Mogrul and complete the quest.

Description
By default the Dragonborn DLC quest "A new debt" only offers you limited ways to complete it.
You can:
-pay Mogrul,
-intimidate him so you only pay half,
-or you can kill him.
I mean sure, it's a no brainer. If you play an assassin or a renegade, you just kill him.
But I am a maniac you see, and I like to roleplay in this game. Currently I am roleplaying a dragonborn, who is a hero, a knight who helps the weak and has morals.
So I can't murder Mogrul. That would be bad for my reputation, and I will not pay him either, that was never an option.
Do I just leave the quest be? That way I would just get annoyed by those miserable collectors, and the quest would just stay in my journal unfinished...
So I had to make this mod to keep my roleplaying sanity in place, and to help my fellow sufferers out there.
Features
-Reworks the main dialogue branch the quest has:
-Now you can select dialogues "And if I don't pay you?" or "Or I could just kill you now." without exiting the conversation.
-Adds 2 additional ways to exit the conversation, for example "I'm not willing to pay a single septim".
-Provides 5 more ways to complete the quest:
-Persuasion (Reachable under dialogue "And if I don't pay you?")
-Intimidation (Reachable under dialogue "Or I could just kill you now.")
-Tell Mogrul you are the Defeater of Miraak (After finishing the main quest of the Dragonborn DLC)
-Ask Adril for help (After finishing quest Served Cold)
-Mock Mogrul by giving him his orders, you get from the dead collectors
-All lines are voiced with xVASynth
-ESPFE plugin
Requirements

Installation
Install with a mod manager.
You can safely install it on an existing save, even if the quest has already started.
Compatibility
Should be incompatible with mods that edit the same quest.
USSEP changes were forwarded (dialogue modifications, collector world event fix).
