Makes Wind Path a purchasable house through dialogue.

This patch makes the Wind Path SSE purchasable, by locking the main door and making the key obtainable via dialogue with Wilhelm. He will tell you a brief story about the house and offer you the key for 6500 gold.
No more free housing, in this economy 😭

"Can I install it on an existing save?"
I tested on existing save and it just worked.
So I'd say probably, as long as you haven’t entered the house yet.
"How do I unlock the dialogue with Wilhelm?"
The dialogue will be unlocked once you visit Wind Path (map marker is visible).
"What if I don’t want to pay for the house?"
Don’t install the mod.
"I didn’t like the story you gave the house."
Don’t install the mod.
"Is this compatible with [insert here very specific mod]?"
Test it out and tell me.
It is ESL flagged.
