This is mainly a follower mod, packaged with a small player house mod and a dungeon mod.

Winterhold Shelter location (look for the Winterhold's college bridge)

Kitchen and dining space.

A small bath which has auto undress/re-dress function. Optionally, the actors in the shelter can be disabled in the MCM so it can be used as a vacant house.
Ayana (Follower)
A cook in the shelter.She is a friend of Imo.She has a voice power that restores nearby friendly characters' Health, Stamina and Magica.Attack Damage, Incoming Damage and Heal Voice Power can be adjusted in the MCM.

• Disposition
  

Indicates her disposition towards the player, which affects her behavior in "The Bonds of Matrimony" quest.The current disposition can be checked in the MCM, or by activating her while pressing Sprint key.This value randomly increases or decreases by spending time with her (details below).

• Hair
  

Current version is non_HDT version.

• Dragonborn's Blessing
  

Dragonborn's voice cheers her up immediately even if her health is exhausted. In short, you can heal her just by activating when she is in the bleed out state.

• Magic Skills
  

In combat, she prefers to use lightning spells and bound weapons so she may not use weapons you gave.Instead, her bound weapons and spells can be more powerful according to the player level.This effect starts at level 20, and maxed at level 100.Her ward spell reflects spell projectiles.
Kharin (Merchant)
Sells some ingredients when in the shelter. She likes to walk in the morning.
Practice Room
A room for combat practice.The practice mannequins and dummies are not static objects so they can be used to actually increase combat skills.

• "Start Combat" and "Finish Combat" Statues
  

These statues can be used to start or stop combat practice with the practice mannequins.

• Damage Display Mannequin
  

A special mannequin that shows the damage taken. Might be useful to test NPC's combat skill or player's equipments etc.

Ja'monn (Merchant)
Sells crafting materials when in the Practice Room. He goes to the Solitude Docks on Loredas and Sundas along with Kharin.He also maintains the catacombs after taking a nap.
Catacombs
The broken window is connected to the dungeon areas.




Ulu (Boss / Follower)
She is in the last dungeon of the dungeon area that can be entered from the Enchanted Temple.
K-8E (Follower)
She is in the depth of the dungeon area that can be entered from Darkspring Vale.Installation
1. Install the main file (followers use the default game's body or any installed);
2. Enable the "Aya.esp" plugin (no load order requirement).

Optional Body Patch installation
1. Install the main file;
2. Enable the plugin;
3. Install the Custom Body Patch (UUNP Fair Skin Complexion 9.2);
4. Enable the "Aya - Patch.esp" plugin;
5. Make sure the patch is loaded after the main plugin.

Remove the old version and install the new version.
Clean save or new game are not necessary.

If you use EFF, follower activation events may not be triggered correctly.This can be fixed by setting the Menu Mode to DIALOGUE in the MCM of EFF.

The followers' body meshes and skin textures can be customized by using the custom body patch found in the Optional Files section.
The patch must be loaded after the main file to work correctly.
