About this mod
it adresses the problem of not being able to have fun, makes it posible to use the speedy shout on all the stuff (enchanted/Bound/offhand/bow)

basically i spend about 8 hours to read into the programm creation kit to find the key of all evil
if i had to programm this all over again it would take about 3 minutes
at the end it just skips 2 steps to check your equipment
wrote this because the interent hasnt shown it anywhere besides not fully working versions for standard edition and some requests for exactly this been left unanswered
Tier 1 Shout:30sec, +50% add weapon speed (yes arrows, yes dual wield attack, single obviously)
Tier 2 Shout:45sec, +75% ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------same
Tier 3 Shout:60sec, +100% - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - yet again, who wouldve thought
have tons of mods installed and works fine, careful with other shout mods in load order (no idea above or below)
if you want any shout coldown reducementies just take with full hands from Nexus anywhere else, didnt change it so all will work
Instalation:
put it in the data folder of the main directory from SSE
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Skyrim Special Edition\Data <------yay
(NMM did recognize it for me and loaded it)
Uninstall:
delete i guess
