Yes, I know there's already a mod that does this - but it's not IMMERSIVE, which makes MXR cry.
Rather than just putting a single copy of the spell book in a specific location, this adds it to the LeveledItem list for Novice Restoration, so it'll show up on Colette, other vendors, and in loot.
(I originally had it as an Apprentice spell, but once DG came out and spammed the whole world with vampire encounters (I've been attacked by vampires FIVE TIMES already on my current playthrough, and I'm still level 1!) I dropped it back down to the Novice level AutoCalculate defaults it to).
