Fix the bug of using an enchantment for Elemental Fury so it actually works on magic weapons. (This is the version that includes the off-hand weapon fix).
NOTE: the Battle Fury shout added in Dragonborn has the same bug. A fix for that isn't included since DB didn't exist at the time this was made.
- Permissions and credits
The only way to get the typhoon visual effect for Elemental Fury was to use an enchantment for it: which makes it bug out and not work on enchanted weapons. This just fixes it to work properly regardless of whether the weapon has an enchantment or not, at the "expense" of losing a swirly visual on your sword.
As far as DB's Battle Fury goes, it's not worth the effort to me to fix that, but as usual anyone else is welcome to if they feel differently.
