About this mod
This mod replaces the 6 flawless gemstone meshes with my new meshes. Nothing else was touched. No textures, no esp. Just 6 mesh files.

INTRODUCTION
While learning 3d design a few years ago, I took a stab at creating "real" gems using isometric gem diagrams with real gem girdles and proper angles. While playing Skyrim at the time, I thought Bethesda's "flawless" gems were anything but flawless: they were lopsided and not at all symmetrical, so I replaced them in my personal game. After several years away from the modding scene, I've decided to upload my meshes and update them to my modern Skyrim game.
The colors of my 6 gems are identical to the vanilla versions, only the mesh itself (the gem cut) was replaced. I created all 6 gems with perfect symmetry. The flawed gem versions were not altered; Bethesda made them flawed enough already (Just teasing Bethesda! Skyrim is my favorite game of all time. :)).
- meshes designed by me (in Blender) and converted to NIFs using NifSkope.
- meshes were cleaned with SSE Nif Optimizer to have them compatible with the current game version.
- no textures used, only 6 gem meshes.
WHAT THIS MOD DOES
It replaces the 6 flawless gem meshes with new meshes. The folder data\meshes\clutter\gemstones\ contains the six new meshes, for each base flawless gem type, i.e.:
The flawed versions were not altered; Bethesda made them flawed enough already. Just teasing Bethesda - Skyrim is my favorite game of all time. :)
COMPATIBILITY
Compatible with all mods except those that replace the vanilla flawless gem meshes.

- Expanded Gemstones Reborn*. This mod modifies leveled lists and adds new gems. My mod is not adding gems, it is replacing 6 vanilla ones (I don't change level lists).
- The Gemstone Collector. This mod does not touch the vanilla meshes.
- Queen Gemling Jewelry SE*. This mod does not touch vanilla meshes.
- Gemstones Remade - Legacy of the Dragonborn. This mod does not touch vanilla meshes.

NOT compatible with:
- Gemstones Replacers HD SE. I found this mod while updating my description. This mod is different because it adds textures, and replaces all 12 vanilla gem meshes (flawed and flawless), while mine only replaces flawless gems. As they have different meshes and methods, it is a stylistic choice which mod you prefer. See pictures on both pages; choose which you prefer. (I prefer mine).
