Can be found in front of blacksmiths house in riverwood. This was originally made as a personal reference, but now is available to all who which to have it. This is very much so a god item, as it increases Alchemy and Enchanting Skills greatly. Multiple versions, 2x, 5x,25x, and 10kx.
