About this mod
Removes the ownership from all objects in Anise's Cabin and below it, making the location an excellent Murder Hobo squat, or just a plain early game player home.

Short Description
Changes the ownership of Anise's Cabin to "unowned" and makes all of the containers non-respawning and safe to use.
Long Description
There are several (at least two that I know of) locations around Skyrim that are owned by factions that make no sense, like Anise's Cabin that is owned by the
Hagraven Faction. Now, as far as I know, the Hagravens don't own any other property in Skyrim, so I find it kind of silly that taking things in this specific building would be considered a crime by the Yarls.
Now, what I have done is Anise's Cabin and set the ownership of all objects within them to None. In addition, I also checked the base object of all containers, and changed them into new ones set to not respawn, making them safe for player storage.
I know there are other mods on the Nexus that make similar changes to this location, but they also alter the layout and add things to them. I have no problems with this, but it wasn't what I was looking for. I wanted the location as it (mostly, see below), just free to loot and/or move in. Since these mods did not exist, I made it myself.
I did make one other change: I added a cooking pot to the cabin. It makes sense, it's useful if you use survival mode or similar mod, and I wanted to.
Update
Version 1.2: Release version.
Version 1.3: Fixed a error I somehow created far, far, and I do mean FAR away from the cabin. Error spotted by amvenetta1.
Known Issues
None that I know of, but i am not perfect. Despite my careful checking in the Creation Kit, TES5Edit, and in game, I may have missed something. Please feel free to leave a message in the comments about any mistakes you have found and I'll look into fixing it.
Compatibility Issues
Other mods that alter Anise's Cabin and it's basement will conflict. Two that come immediately to mind are the ever popular ELFX and Sounds of Skyrim. Place this ESP below these mods (and any others that do similar things) or the cabin's cellar will not change ownership and you can't loot your weaselly guts out.
Future Plans
None, unless someone finds a container or object I missed.

Uninstall Process
This mod is script free, so installation is simple and safe.
