About this mod

This mod improves the appearance of Skyrim's carriage drivers and ferrymen, giving them hairstyles from KS Hairdo's, adjusting the faces a bit, and removing dirt.

As part of my ongoing quest to make Skyrim's people look better, I decided to make an attempt to improve the appearance of the carriage drivers and ferrymen.

Yes, dirt has been removed. And I am aware, taking a carriage on the dusty road will get dirt everywhere. But these fine folks are trying to look presentable to attract customers. They'll get dirty on the road sure, but before they leave, a nice bath makes getting that next customer much easier.

Though the Unofficial Skyrim Special Edition Patch is not required, it is highly recommended, and Presentable Chauffeurs forwards changes from it. KS Hairdo's SSE is required, however, since Presentable Chauffeurs references hairstyles from that mod. Without it, Presentable Chauffeurs will cause Skyrim to crash.

I do not intend to publish a version for legendary edition, or for XBox or PS4. However, I believe I have selected permissions open enough to allow others to adapt Presentable Chauffeurs for those platforms provided they credit me and the authors of the required mods. Feel free to contact me if you feel this is unclear.

Under the Optional Files section, I have provided a CFTO version as well, since Carriage and Ferry Travel Overhaul (CFTO) is a staple of my personal load order. Use either that version or the main file. If you're using the CFTO, you must have CFTO enabled as well or Presentable Chauffeurs will cause Skyrim to crash. If you use the main file with CFTO, you will not see the changes from Presentable Chauffeurs. CFTO will still work fine, as far as I can tell though.

I might provide other versions or compatibility patches if there is enough interest and I have enough time. Let me know what's needed!

Screenshots provided use Tempered Skins for Males (link NSFW!). If you want your drivers to look exactly like the screenshots, you must also use that mod. Otherwise, they will use whatever skin retexture for male NPCs you use.
