Keep it Clean is a wonderfully simple mod that adds so much to Skyrim. However, there are many legacy showers in players home that came before the mod and simply don't recognize it's presence. This plug-in for Hill House Returned has remedied that problem. Both Hill House Returned SE as well as Keep it Clean are both required files. Please place HillHouse_Keepitclean.esp below HillHouse.esp in your load order.
