I wanted a place where I could buy lots of soul gems in bulk so I made a new vendor that will sell them. The shop is located right outside of Arcadia's Cauldron in the Whiterun market.
The vendor has a stock of:
Petty Soul Gems - empty and filled (Mostly Empty)
Lessor Soul Gems - empty and filled (Mostly Empty)
Common Soul Gems - empty and filled (Mostly Empty)
Greater Soul Gems - empty and filled (Mostly Empty)
Grand Soul Gems - empty and filled (Mostly Empty)
Black Soul Gems - empty and filled (Mostly Empty)
1 Iron dagger with soul trap (for disenchanting)
1 soul trap spell tome
There is a screenshot of an example inventory, things that are not listed above are from the vendors personal inventory, that will get in the store because of a bug in the base game that I can't fix. (Comes with the perk that allows you to sell anything to any vendor)
Conflicts:
This is likely going to conflict with Whiterun overhauls since this edits an area within Whiterun. The only changes I made are right where the vendor is so other than that area there shouldn't be any conflicts with other mods.
Conflicts with Open Cities
Changes:
1.1 - Fixed the Darkface bug. Had to change her to not being a vampire to do this.
This is my first mod! So of there there is anything broken please let me know so I can see if and where I might have made a mistake!
