I couldn't figure out how to convert the old mod, so this is simply a remake of the original Skyrim mod Dragon Blood, but for SSE.
Files: Dragon's Blood Attributes: Dragons will drop one bottle of their blood. Drink it to increase a stat of your choice: A perk point, 5 magicka, 5 health, or 5 stamina.
1.1: Fixed an issue where you gained too many points if your stats were modded.
1.01: Fixed a typo, added the blood to the DLC dragon drop lists.
1.0: Release.
Dragon's Blood: (This file has been deprecated. It can still be used if you'd like.) Dragons will drop one bottle of their blood. Drink it to gain a perk point. It uses a script by Sparky88101, with permission. Check out Sparky's mod, Perkapalooza. It's seriously good.
Both change the leveled list for dragons. Anything else that does this might not be compatible, so you might need to use Wrye Bash to make a patch.
