Build your favorite brew of mods in MO2 and then export that great MO2 content to run skyrim without MO2 overhead during regular play. Faster load times and less potential oddities when doing a run through with the carefully crafted build.

I want my load times to be fast and I want my play throughs to hit as few bugs as possible. Built this so that the filesystem isn't virtualized for my play throughs, but can still use MO2 to build and quickly test out builds. Sharing is caring. No frills here, just a really dumb and simple script. If people actually like it then I might make it 'nicer', but it does the job.The process...script only does the MO2 export of the mods...so there is a small bit of work:
Put both the ExportMergedMO2.bat and the reversmodlist.bat into the profile you want to export out (eg "Mod Organizer\profiles\Default")
Run ExportMergedMO2.bat (going to drop all the content into c:\merged) - Note: I've been running this on profiles where there are no "unchecked" mods...it shouldn't cause a problem...but worth a note.
Backup your "Skyrim Special Edition\Data" folder
Go to your "c:\merged" in explorer and ctlr+a then ctrl+c
Go to your "Skyrim Special Edition\Data" folder and ctrl+v to copy in all the content
Copy the skyrim.ini and skyrimprefs.ini from the profile you merged (eg "Mod Organizer\profiles\Default") to your "Documents\My Games\Skyrim Special Edition\" folder
In the "c:\merged" there will be a plugins.txt. You need to copy that to your "%appdata%\..\local\Skyrim Special Edition" folder
