I was originally going to make these craftable only at the SkyForge but I didn't want to make the weapons quest dependent so they are craftable at any forge. They are under the steel category with daedric like stats - again, so they are more than just pretty. I also wanted to make amber a part of the recipe but that is not in the vanilla game. :(
