About this mod
Adds a merchant in Solitude who sells Clay and Quarried Stone. For now, it is very basic, so compatibility should not be an issue. This is meant for people who wish to build a home with Hearthfire, but for roleplay/personal reasons do not want to mine the stone themselves, since normal merchants do not sell either item.

Adds a merchant, Birger Golden-Brand, into Solitude. He is open 9 am to 5 pm Morndas-Fredas (Mon-Fri) and located around the street market, by the archway next to the bits and pieces. He has unique dialogue.
