Moves the Leather Tanning rack in Shor's Stone to a more sensible location, out of the rain.

Ever thought it strange that in Shor's Stone the leather rack is out in the open? Doesn't seem to bad till it starts pouring, and your leather rack gets soaked. This mod simply moves it out of the rain. Requires SkyrimESP/UpdateESP only. Shouldn't conflict with anything not adjusting Shor's Stone.
[DISCLAIMER] - It's my first mod so if things don't work correctly, I appreciate feedback.
UPDATE: Mod is compatible to flag as ESL in xEdit! If you need more plugin headroom, go for it.
UPDATE: Two years later... All I need to say is this mod is probably NOT compatible with any AI Overhauls that touch this area.
