About this mod
Replaces the default magicka regeneration boost with increased shout damage (+15% for shrine blessing and +10% for the amulet).

Overview
I’ve always thought that the blessing provided by the shrine of Akatosh didn’t make much sense lore-wise considering how he is depicted based on books/dialogues/descriptions, and gameplay-wise the boost isn’t really that useful even at low level (you can easily obtain necromancer robes that give a much better boost), so I made this mod that changes it. Now the altar blessing gives +15% damage boost to shouts, and the amulet adds 10% (they stack so overall you can get +25%). For all I’ve noticed it takes into consideration any damage changes from mods that affect shouts, so if your fire breath does 100 damage with the mods you have, it should be 115 with the blessing. Might depend on the load order (I put it after all shout mods).
