Increases player health regeneration rate to 2x 5x, or 10x of the vanilla rate.

For those who want things a little easier. After making Slower Healing, I realised some people might prefer faster healing instead. I didn't think it would take me long, so why not?
It's quick and dirty, a tiny script fires when you load the game or a save which changes the the rate the player regenerates health at to either two times, five times or ten times the normal rate, depending on which version is running.
