About this mod
This is a perk overhaul originally from oldrim and then from here. In seeing how flawed the ported version was, I painstakingly patched it up and gave it some new paint. As such there are now several fixed perks that hadn't been working before.

The original mod: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/9359/
PerkUP! - A comprehensive mod that adds tons of new perks, more perk ranks (10 ranks for almost every perk) and lots of perk fixes included, all rolled into a modular and powerful perk pack!
Nexus Mod Manager Compatible! (As if anyone uses that garbage, use Vortex or Mod Organizer 2)
So basically if you're the kind of person who wants a new perk tree system but you feel like Ordinator or something else is not doing the thing for you, PerkUp aims to overhaul the whole Skyrim perk system by increasing the number of perks and by ranking them.
example :
Voice perk LVL.1 : Time between shouts is reduced by 5%.
*
*
*
Voice perk LVL.10 : Time between shouts is reduced by 50%.
With PerkUp, you'll probably never feel like there's nothing more to acquire. (Unless like me you cheated in all the stuff so you could test the mod)
Because the mod adds lots of new perks (many of which are passive like unmodded Skyrim), it is HIGHLY recommended to download some of the mods below (see in recommended section).

This mod adds 70+ new perks to the game and modifies the old ones, giving them multiple ranks resulting in almost 2,000+ new perks.
--> NO perk requires higher than 100 in any skill. This keeps it balanced and less "grindy". (Yea...cause 2000+ perks is really low on the grind level...this is why you'll be wanting the Skyrim Skill Uncapper)
--> ALL perks are balanced and based of vanilla values. This mod will not give you +99999 to weapons or make you a smithing/enchanting/alchemy god. (For that sort of thing, I suggest checking under cheat mods.)
--> Added 70+ new perks. Including DragonSlayer, Unarmed perks, weapon speed perks, weapon specialization perks and more!!!
-> For order and convenience (and because I don't feel like re-ordering perk trees myself) the two handed tree has all the combat boosts against various targets, and no they do not require any two handed rep. Instead the perks like Dragon Slayer are available from the start so that you don't have to worry about training an unused skill branch.
--> Specialized perks for mages in EACH school of magic! Better mage armor, more mana regen perks. (In case you didn't have enough magic power coursing through your veins...I could add a lore reason for the regeneration potential if I had requests for that.)
--> All perks have a value in your Skyrim gameplay experience. There are no new spells or useless perks here. (Disclaimer: The usefulness of a perk depends on your particular play style.)

**Report all bugs!**
**If you are having problems with PerkUP, PM me your problem and load order**
- No issues to date. (You big fat liar, you didn't pay attention to the mod.)
The following are the bugs, why they were fixed, and what changes were made:
Speechcraft:
Junk Vendor rank 10 (Description fixed)
Alchemy:
Poisoner (Actually works now)
Concentrated Poison (Also works...you're welcome)
Experementor (Fixed and nerfed down to 3 to be logical)
Two handed:
Dragonslayer (Fixed and Nerfed to conform)
Creature Killer (Nerfed)
Giant Slayer (Nerfed)
Mechanical Destroyer (Nerfed)
Man Killer (Nerfed)
Daedra Slayer (Nerfed)
Vampire Hunter (Nerfed)
Undead Slayer (Nerfed)
The original specs were providing a boost to crit chance, crit damage, sneak damage, attack mod, spell magnitude. I choose to only save the last two. As you all likely know, sneak attack multipliers are ridiculous. Thus I have no intention of boosting them even more.
Smithing:
Arcane Blacksmith (Stackable with other upgrades)
Armor Smithing (Debated but left alone)
Weapon Smithing (Debated but left alone)
I felt that Arcane Blacksmithing was more of an art, and thus could contribute more than by honing the magical energies as well. And since I don't have the skill to write some mod where you can boost the power of an enchant as well as grind things out, this seemed a reasonable compromise. I will of course test things out to make sure they are suitable.
Conjuration:
Channel Conjuration rank 3 (Fixed so it can be taken)
Mystic Binding rank 9 (Added a space before the boost)
Nothing particularly major except Channel Conjuration's perk issue.
Illusion:
Hypnotic Gaze (Replaced levels with magnitudes to be more accurate)
Animage (Replaced levels with magnitudes to be more accurate)
Kindred Mage (Replaced levels with magnitudes to be more accurate)
Aspect of Terror (Replaced levels with magnitudes to be more accurate)
Rage (Replaced levels with magnitudes to be more accurate)
Using "levels" seemed rather arbitrary since increasing the magnitude would increase it more than a level or two. So this is simply a language of intent sort.
I will be continuing to check for issues as I play through...

*PerkUP is OKAY with mods that ADD NEW weapons, armor, items, UI, textures or spells!!
*PerkUP will conflict with other mods that alter perk-related spell entries

============================================================================================================
It is highly recommended that you use PerkUP with a NEW SAVE game thought it is not absolutely needed. You can install this on an old save game...just remember to remove your current perks before install. In the case you do not heed this advice, remember to backup all your save games BEFORE using PerkUP because it changes a LOT of perk data. (No kidding...)
HOW TO INSTALL :
Oldrim:
*Activate them with NexusModManager(NMM).
Manual:
Place ESP files in your SKYRIM\DATA\ folder. And added it to the plugin.txt file. (I assume that's still how you do it for manual.)
SSE:
*Activate them with Vortex or Mod Organizer 2 (MO2).
HOW TO UNINSTALL :
Mod Managers:
Deactivate the mod ESP file in your mod manager
Manual:
Remove it from your plugin.txt and then from your SKYRIM\DATA\ folder.
Revert your save game if you backed it up. (I know you didn't) (Yes original writer, they probably didn't.)
In that case that you did not, be sure to clear away any active perks by some means or another (Legendary it, Dragonborn reproc, various other mods that do the same.)
The optional files are esplite. All errors have been fixed thanks to drtreaven great work ! :) (I'd like to see his work and how he thought it was all fixed...well not really I just spent several hours on this already.)

Because PerkUP! requires you to spend more perk points (and can make you a badass), I highly recommend using:
- Skyrim Skill Uncapper by Kassent
https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/8889
It will help you getting perk points after your skill go over 100. (As well as adjust how many perks you want per level, attributes per level, etc)
- Perk Point Potion by _DTG_
https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/7231
Makes the perk point acquisition more rewarding in end game. (Did the mod author not suggest a NEW GAME? How would new players legitly have the coin for that overpriced bottle? They can recommend it but I can't unless you have that much of an inflation rate in your game.)
- Ish's Souls to Perks by ishmaeltheforsaken
https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/1955
Help for perk point acquisition in mid game. (I suppose that's fitting...but still barely anything unless you want to farm souls from those respawning dragon walls.)
- IronDusk33's Train and Study
https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/17578
This allows you to train any magic (so long as you have it in your right hand even though personally I'm left handed) as well as both one and two handed weapons. You can also study skill books for more experience on a skill. This is personally what I use for proper training since it is less ridiculous than crouching behind one of the tutorial characters and slowly stabbing them with a knife.
