Equilibrium is a rare Novice-level Alteration spell the effect of the spell is amazing on paper that is but however in Master and Legendary difficulties it can become pretty useless, potentially killing the user to restore just 30% Magicka.
So I have changed the name and the effect of the spell equilibrium.
It has been changed from a concentration spell to a fire and forget spell and it has also been renamed to Fair Exchange.

cast time: increased to 0.5 seconds
location:is still the same as the original equilibrium spell
so the spell is more manage-able
now you wont kill yourself with it so easily
