This mod adds some new spells to the game, Perfect Calm, Perfect Harmony and Make Ally. They can be used to make ANY NPC non-aggressive and/or add them as a potential follower.

Added spell tomes that can be bought from 2 vendors
This mod will add the spells Perfect Harmony and Perfect Calm to your game, along with their spell tomes. They work much like the vanilla spells, but are much more powerful and have no cost. They can be cast on ANYTHING with no conditions. Even dragons lose their will to fight and fly away. The Make Ally spell will strip the factions of the target NPC and add them to player friendly factions complete with follower dialogue. Follower dialogue is only available currently for NPCs that you can have a conversation with, so no creatures or guards as followers for now.
As of now, this is a beta release. You can either add the spells through the console or purchase the spell tomes from the Riverwood Trader or from Farengar Secret-Fire in Dragonsreach. Beware, the tomes aren't cheap! They're powerful spells after all.
I originally intended this to be useful for modders who want an easy way to pacify their test target/s. It is very useful for followers that like to attack everything in sight, causing the entire city to turn on you. It could also easily be used for cheating your way through the game by simply making everyone around you lower their weapons and walking to the goal. The Make Ally spell is highly experimental, use at your own risk! I recommend using this spell in a test environment or on non-essential NPCs to minimize potential damage. The script is tested working on several NPCs around Whiterun, and further testing is under way. Some NPCs do not follow you or obey you if they are locked in another task, such as Heimskr preaching Talos.
Testing has been minimal, I welcome all feedback. It should be compatible with VR, but I have no way to test that.
