About this mod
Adds the basic Fortify Enchanting enchantment for use on all Armor, Clothing, and Jewelry. Fortify Enchanting items may be found in random loot as well as a few fixed locations in the world. Disenchant to learn the enchantment then place it on your own gear!

Fortify Enchanting Enchantment
This mod adds the "Fortify Enchanting" enchantment for all armor, clothing, and jewelry.
It is also governed by the "Insightful Enchanter" perk. So if you have that perk and enchant an item with Fortify Enchanting, you will get a stronger enchantment.
Normal enchanting bonuses also apply.
Fortify Enchanting items will be found in various random loot. I also placed two Fortify Enchanting necklaces in fixed locations in Tamriel.
* One is at a grave site around Lake Ilinalta
* One is somewhere in the Blue Palace proper.
Once you find one, you can disenchant it like any other enchantment and place it on your own items.
Warning:
If you abuse it and use Fortify Enchanting to enchant a new Fortify Enchanting item too many times, you may break your game.
Compatibility:
It should be compatible with any mod that doesn't alter the base Fortify Enchanting magic.
Any mods that alter the Blue Palace or gravesite around lake Ilinalta may cause the necklaces placed there to vanish.
