INSTALLATION?!?
Just install with NMM/Mod Manager/Vortex/HD DVD or dump the file in your Data folder
Also, this is my first time uploading a mod to the nexus so please tell me if there's any issues on your end (although there really shouldn't be, its just a single .wav file that doesn't delete or replace core files) I also will take and likely ignore requests but if you want to do that anyway who knows I might do it.
