Riften Sewer Hideout is a quaint abode in the heart of Riften's lower walkway. It comes stock with a squatter that you must evict and a couple of skeevers to keep your home tidy. Spend your evenings trying to keep from getting Rockjoint in your partially furnished sewer and being serenaded by the sound of grateful guttersnipes as they chant, "We love you Grelod!" (Ignore the sound of the whip, we don't want to think about that.) You are just walking distance from food and drink. (you'll need both) All your friends will envy you as they wonder how you could afford such prime real estate. 

What it doesn't come with: 

HOA fees. Only the most discreet neighbors will be living next to you anyway.
A map marker. You have to find it on your own. It's in Riften, somewhere, just follow the smell of rotting fish and the sound of wailing children.
Furniture. It comes with a bedroll, be happy with that. It's a sewer after all, what did you expect?
Fancy displays: It comes with a few sacks, barrels, and crates to stash your spoils, That's all you get, hon.
A view: It's a sewer after all. That's ok though. You can save what it would cost to pay a gardener.
Mannequins: You won't be freaked out by inanimate objects walking around and going bump in the night. (This isn't Puppetmaster, after all)
A teleport map. Sorry folks, I'm told that's not immersive. 
A kitchen: Don't worry, you're within walking distance of the market and the Bee and Barb.

What it does come with: 

Beautiful stone walls that are so old that they are crumbling. (Don't worry about that, it gives the place charm.)
A pool to bathe in. (don't mind the mosquitoes, you'll never notice them.)
A place to sleep with your own bedfellows. (fleas count, right?)
Storage: Each crate, sack, and barrel are lovingly placed so it stays dry.
An anvil, enchanting table, and alchemy workbench, so immersively placed that you will wonder, "How did they get those down there?" They certainly didn't get their assembly instructions from Ikea.
Some plants to harvest, because it's a sewer and sewers should have over-growth.
Bugs, be happy there aren't cat sized cockroaches.

Not only that, it is conveniently located in Oldrim, Newrim, and XBox. We are sure you will love your new home!

Riften Sewer Hideout is installment 6 of my two-day house mods, one day for building, another for navmesh and testing. It is perfect for any Argonian or thief type player. It was created in answer to numerous people wanting me to change my house mods to suit them. So I took their ideas and put them all together. Yay you! It is compressed for ESL but not flagged, as it has an interrior cell. You're on your own if you break it.
