This is compatible with almost all skin texture mods, and it applies to males and females.
Installation
Install via your mod manager or move/copy the "textures" folder from this mod into Skyrim's "data" folder. This should be be loaded after any skin texture mods.
Compatibility
If using Mild Complexions along with another mod that replaces the same textures, your load order dictates which textures are used. Game functionality will not be affected.
Recommendations
Rather than Mild Complexions, I prefer the complexions included in the Bits and Pieces Skin series.
