I was nostalgic for the Night Eye effect from Oblivion, so I recreated it.
What does "Oblivion-style" Night Eye mean? To me, it means 3 things:
1) A garishly bright blue with a hint of green. 2) A shit-ton of bloom. 3) No effect timer (i.e. switch the effect on and off at will).
So, this mod has all of those things. This replaces the vanilla Night Eye effect for both Khajiits and vampires. If you use a mod that gives anyone else the Night Eye power (e.g. werewolves), it should replace the effect for them too, as long as it invokes the vanilla ID for the Night Eye effect (although I didn't test this).
This does not add the Night Eye effect for anyone else, make the spell learnable, or add any Night Eye items to leveled lists. For that, see Night Eye Overhaul.
Known bugs: * Making the skill toggle-able means that it won't show up in status effect lists or the HUD. It should be pretty obvious when it's on, though. If you know how to fix this, let me know.
