There are several mods that have attempted to fix this little problem but, for whatever reason, none of them worked for me. So I made my own. ESPFE file.
What it does: Makes some changes to Falas Selvayn so he'll actually sell the Glass Bow of the Stag Prince.
How: Un-leveled him and set his level to 50 which increased his One-Handed skill to 100 so now he equips the daedric sword I gave him.
Why a daedric sword?
I honestly don't remember. I finished this back in June and just never published it. It works as is so I'm not touching it. I'm sure I had a good reason.
