I play skyrim vr and love Slow Mo, I was looking for such a mod, but all the rings were overpowered. So I opened creation kit and created a mod for myself. It sets the game time to 0.20. Not 0.05 and not 0.01 as in other mods. If it turns out to be in demand and you find it too slow, you can write a post and I will make a ring for you with the desired time multiplier. The mod is compatible with Vr.
To craft a ring you need 1 ruby (00063B42) and one quicksilver ingot (0005ADA0).
