Description:
This mod adds new home for player - Hunter's Cottage (West from Labyrinthian), along with a new Helmbreaker warhammer.
The home is quite simple, with a few chests to stock your stuff and Alchemy lab to make potions. All containers (including sacks and barrels) are not respawning, so they are safe to keep your hard-earned stuff.

Weapon stats:
Type: 2H hammer
Base damage: 25, critical 15
Weight: 27
Improvement: 1x Corundum Ingot
Enchantment: None.
