This mod simply alters the Amulet/Blessing of Talos to eliminate the wait time between shouts without having to use the tgm command. Can be disenchanted and applied to any armor or jewelry. I've ported this mod directly from my original on Steam. I will not be updating the Oldrim version at this time.

A minor bug occurs if you have the Unofficial Skyrim Patch installed. It will force the description to display a 20% reduction. It does not inhibit the mod's function, only the description. Update V1.2: This bug has been patched. It now reads that the shout time is negated.
V1.2 Update: The Blessing of Talos received from shrines now provides the same effect.
It is notable that if you shout while not wearing an Amulet or armor enchanted with the effect, and then equip it while the timer is going down, you will still have to wait for the cooldown. Nevertheless as long as you have the enchantment on a piece of armor you aren't likely to remove it will always work. You can apply it to any piece of armor or jewelry.
