Visit Rosario in the Blue Palace to obtain.
The shoes do not have a complete conversion at this time, because I haven't been able to shape nice high-heeled feet. As such, there is a visible seam for the platforms because the current reference feet are not as high-poly as the CBBE feet. I've tried to mask for the heels as much as possible using the ribbon.
