Allows the player to craft Linen wraps from tanning rack using 4 Tundra Cotton

This was created for my own use as I play with no Health regen, and I wanted to craft Bandages. This can also be used to craft any item that require Linen Wrap.
Linen Wrap can be crafted from Tanning rack, 4 Tundra Cotton will give you 1 Wrap. Feel free to edit this in Xedit. Other mods changes weight and it often conflicts with other records and thus wanted to just keep it simple by adding only a recipe.
The Plugin is ESL flagged.
