First and Final Version
No Regen Delay
The Vanilla Game has 0.5s of delay after casting a skill, sprinting or getting hurt. For me, Mana Regen with delay was extremely problematic. This mod just put no delay on regenaration of Magicka, Health and Stamina. Just that.
It is ESL flagged. It is so simple that is compatible with almost everything, You need put this mod after all combat mods, like wildcat.
